 From day one, NaTasha made one thing crystal clear, "Zeph, I need this wedding to be fabulous" and during the planning process I kept that near and dear to my heart and on her wedding day, FABULOUS is exactly what she got! NaTasha was one of those brides that knows what she wants and does not "settle" for less than perfection - This made my job easy and made NaTasha and Dexter a fun couple to work with. Their colors were black, cream and red - The ceremony was held in the gardens of Villa Christina on a beautiful fall evening We could not have asked for a more pleasant day - I gained a friend for life in NaTasha and I am sad that the planning had to end but I am overjoyed that Dexter and Tasha are man and wife now - I pray for YEARS and YEARS of happiness for them - Congratulations Dexter, Tasha and Drea (Love you all!) Peabo & Cicely  Let me paint the perfect picture for you for what was called by many as "The Perfect Wedding Day" for Peabo & Cicely - The location was the beautiful gardens of the "Houston Mill House" located in conjunction with Emory Conference Center - We could not have prayed for better weather - By "I DO" time the weather was a cool 77 degrees with not a cloud in the sky for their "Caribbean Meets the South" themed wonderland Cicely Toomer walked down the aisle accompanied by her dad, Mr. Ray Toomer to "Canon in D" by Pachelbel.To say that Mr. Toomer was "One Proud Papa" would be an understatement - As a statement of who Cicely and Peabo are, their bridal party came from as far as Canada to support their friends. There were so many highlights of the day, that I hate to only list one, but my favorite of the night was when Mr. & Mrs. Exeter took to the dance floor for the "Couple's First Dance" and instantly everyone in the room started to shed tears of joy - Mommy and Daddy Toomer were so overcome with emotions to look at their baby girl with her new husband...  Mr. & Mrs. Jared Harris It was as if someone turned on the faucet and left it running during the ceremony, tears flowed from everywhere - To say that this wedding was beautiful would be an understatement!!! The bride and groom were breathtaking, Jared in his chocolate tuxedo and Aqueelah in her beautiful white one shoulder gown The highlight of the ceremony by far was when Aqueelah and Jared gave their vows (which they wrote on their own) as soon as Jared finished his vows he began to sing to his bride...Secretly, Jared had written a special song just for Aqueelah and it was beautiful...  The number ten has always been a favorite of mine and on October 10, 2010 I have the pleasure of taking part in the wedding ceremony of a beautiful couple that I have just fallen in love with over the last few months - Aqueelah & Jared are a couple that touches your heart and warms the room when they enter - It is the unmistakeable LOVE that they have for each other that makes you want to be around them all of the time In just a matter of days Aqueelah will be taking that walk down the aisle and she is so excited!!!! The couple purchased two time slots for their wedding, attended by dozens of family and friends. Khalil, 59, said he was drawn to Rhodes Hall because of its romantic nature, not to mention the obvious ease of getting married on Valentine's Day. "I can't forget the anniversary this way," Khalil said, beaming as he watched his bride stand for photos. "And I can get one gift for two special days."
